AI fair use
How AI fills are counted.
- Documents made without AI stay unlimited on both plans.
- One AI fill is one finished document from source files up to 50 pages. Larger source files count as 2 fills.
- The monthly allowance is shared by all users on the account. Unused fills don’t carry over.
- Over the allowance: $1 per AI-filled document, added to the next invoice. We email you when you reach 80%.

What does the $4,800 setup include?
Your first 3 templates, built and tested by our team, plus account setup and training for your users.
Is there a limit on documents?
No. Documents made without AI are unlimited on both plans. Only AI-filled documents have a monthly allowance, on the Draftvine AI plan.
What happens if we go over our AI allowance?
Each extra AI-filled document is $1, added to your next invoice. We email you when you reach 80% of the allowance.
How are new templates priced?
By complexity: $300 for simple templates, $600 for standard templates with optional clauses and conditions, and from $1,000 for complex templates with nested logic and calculations. Each is billed once.
Can we add users later?
Yes. Extra users are $200 per month on Standard and $300 per month on Draftvine AI. On the AI plan each added user adds 100 AI fills to the shared monthly allowance.
